With so many parties and party themes, there comes a time when you may run out of new things for the children to do for entertainment. Even if you change the theme, you want to do something different than you did the year before or you will find yourself with a group of bored and unhappy kids, which isn't a good thing, especially if they continue to complain.
If your theme is Yu Gi Oh this year, instead of buying party favors, you can allow each of the guess to make a Yu Gi Oh doll from a template you print from the Internet. The products you need are an empty toilet paper roll, printer, piece of paper, glue, scissors, and if you have a black and white printer, something with which to color.
In order to make the Yu Gi Oh doll, the child needs to follow the following steps after you have printed each the template that each child wants:
o Color where it's necessary and cut out the pieces of the template
o The first step is to glue the large rectangular piece so that it will cover the tube.
o You then need to glue the head as well as the arms
o You next need to fold the tab that is on the shoes and glue it to the underside of the toilet paper roll in order to provide a 3D effect.
o The last step is to glue the cards into the hands.
You can set the margins to zero on your printer if the template pieces do not fit onto one page. This project is quick and easy for children who are old enough to work with scissors and glue. It will be necessary for adult supervision for younger children.
